The transmitter is a state-of-the-art broadband Transmitter employing MOSFET devices for the Driver and Final Amplifier stages. The Amplifiers are Broadband, enabling the Transmitter to be deployed to any frequency at any site.
Standard 19 kHz pilot tone based stereo coder is employed which has low distortion and low noise. Direct Audio modulation at the Carrier Frequency is used in the Modulator for very low distortion performance.
The Transmitter has micro-controller based Control Card which monitors and controls the health of the Transmitter. The Control Card protects the PA Stages against any faults that are detrimental to the PA. The Transmitter can be operated and Controlled remotely from a PC using a modem and a telephone line.
