Komli Media gets $6mn from its investors

Komli Media, the digital media firm has managed to receive an infusion of $6 million from three of its existing investors Helion Venture Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Nexus Venture Partners. This venture capital funding will be utilized in the overall growth of company. The expansion plans of company across Asia Pacific would also be funded by this amount.
Komli Media had been engaged in the development of appropriate technology that helps in maintaining of online advertisement ecosystem.
In prepared statement, Amar Goel, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Komli Media said, "We are excited by the continued commitment from our investors.� We have aggressive plans to become Asia Pacific's leading digital media network based on our strong innovation and technology. With over 90 people across eight offices, Komli Media will now be able to better service the needs of both our global and local partners."

Recently in June, the Mumbai based start-up had acquired Australian website representation firm Post Click to extend its reach in the region. Komli Media's digital media network represents over 1,500 websites today, including sites such as Facebook, Expedia and Bloomberg. |
