HT Media Ltd (HTML), the publisher of Hindustan Times, said on Tuesday that it posted a 33.5 % growth in consolidated net profit at R47.8 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010, compared with R35.8 crore in the same period last year. HTML’s total income stood at R465.06 crore during the quarter compared with Rs.366.14 crore during the same period of the previous year.

The consolidated results of HTML include the financials of group companies Hindustan Media Ventures Limited, HT Music and Entertainment Company, HT Burda Media, HT Digital Media Holdings, Firefly e-Ventures Limited, HT Overseas Pte Ltd., and Metropolitan Media Company Private Ltd.
