Print media and radio firm D B Corp Ltd has posted a net profit of 554 million for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to 778 million a year ago. The PAT margin stood at 14% for the same period. 

DB Corp’s radio arm, My FM posted a net profit of a 22% growth in advertising revenues at Rs157 million in the December quarter as against Rs129 million a year ago. The Radio business continues to do well and advertisement growth is backed up by a robust EBDITA growth of Rs 42.1 million in Q3 on YOY basis. 

Radio business EBDITA stands at RS. 44 million in Q3 registering a growth of 28%. IT also achieved Qtr. PAT stands at Rs 22 million with 14% growth margin. In Q3, FY12. 

DB Corp has employed a capital of Rs 682.5 million in its radio business, according to data provided till 31 December 2011.
