Malcom Mistry quits India Today Merged Entity

Malcolm Mistry, has put in his papers at India Today Merged Entity (ITME) as its publishing director. This decision has ended his 11 year long association with the group.

At ITME, Mistry was responsible for integrating the sales force activities for all the language editions of India Today, their business publications and Reader's Digest. India Today Merged Entity (ITME) comprises the flagship brand India Today across its various language editions, the business publications of the group and Reader’s Digest. 

Mistry's last day at office will be 30 March 2012 and sooner Manoj Sharma will take charge as group business head of ITME. Presently, Manoj Sharma heads Mail Today as Business Head, a place which he took over when Rahul Thappa resigned from his position. Manoj will continue to report to Ashish Bagga, CEO, India Today Group

With effect to Mistry's exit, ITME will be now adding Mail Today to its portfolio of brands.
