RT Outsourcing Services Limited organizes RT Aagman 2010, an annual cultural event of the organization to welcome the New Year and create bond and rejoice the success of the organization as “One RT Family”.

Organized at Kamani Auditorium, New Delhi, RT Aagman is indicative of diverse cultural and national integration of India displayed in the form of cultural performances by the employees participating from different parts of the country.

Lighting the auspicious lamp, Vinnie Mehta, Executive Director MAIT & Chief Guest of the evening, said, “This is thoughtful of RT Outsourcing Services to contribute to the cause of integrating diverse cultures of our country by bringing their employees and customers together on the eve of our Republic day year on year. At a time, when the employees are feeling huge pressures to meet customer demands to deliver cost effective solutions, it is a great site to see the innovative way of stress bursting of employees as well as create a great motivation platform.”

RT Aagman is an annual event organized on the eve of Republic day for the last 8 years to show national integration. RT Aagman2010 moving on the same lines opened with the enchantment of RT theme song and followed by regional dance performance from the RTians of Mumbai, Kolkata, Punjab and Bangalore. After that singing competitions had taken place. In the end, all the performances were evaluated by experts and award were given to deserving groups.

Judge of the cultural performance and the eminent personality Padamshree Shobha Deepak Singh, Director & Vice Chairperson, Shriram Bhartiya Kala Kendra, said, “It is a great gesture from the private companies like RT Outsourcing to come forward to save our age old art forms and contribute towards national integration. It is a great site to see the professionals taking out time from their busy time to perform the perishing folk dances of India.”

Padamshree Shobha was also joined by renowned classical dancer Shree Sasidharan Nair to judge the performances.

Apart from this, employees were also awarded for their long term services to the company.
