Anjani Kumar has put in his papers after serving Sony Entertainment Network as Executive Vice President and Management Committee Member for 9years. 

He moves from Sony to follow his dreams and launch his new venture, Successwrks. This is informed as a HR solution company.

Kumar is a leader in the HR domain and holds 17 years experience with companies like GE, Sony, ICI and Mattel in various leadership roles. 

At Sony, Anjani was responsible for leading the operations and services group and managing the day to day operations of the company as part of the management committee. He had joined the erstwhile Sony Entertainment Network in 2003, as VP – HR. 

Commenting on Kumar’s movement, Man Jit Singh, CEO, Sony Entertainment Network, said, "In his nine years of association with Sony, Anjani has contributed immensely to the growth of the company. While his movement is a loss for all of us, we support him fully in his endeavour to set up an end-to-end HR solutions company."

Talking about Successwrks, Kumar said, "It was always my dream to start my own venture and through Successwrks I am giving shape to my dreams.” He added, “Successwrks will be a professionally managed organisation and will provide solutions in all the areas that connect to Human Resources. Whether it is Learning, Search, Staffing, HR Advisory or HR Outsourcing, we will offer solutions in every space. The plan is to build a company that will establish leadership in the HR Solutions space within next 2-3 years by having a pan India and selective international presence."
