Darsh News to be launched on 14th March in Patna

After the successful launching of Maurya TV in Bihar, the state is all set to receive one more news channels, Darsh News. This new channel is the new offering of Darsh Digital Pvt. Ltd.; which runs Patna's biggest Cable Network. The channel is on the test run since 9th of November 2009 and it has made its reach in several adjacent towns of Patna with in a very short time of its test run.
Bhadas4media reported that Sushil Kumar and Nilesh Kumar are the directors of this network. However, Abhiram Kumar has been appointed as the director for this channel along with Vivek Chandra as Channel Head. Darsh News has been telecasting latest news and programmes on different issues of general importance on 24x7 basis. Governor of Bihar, Devanand Kunwar is expected to officially inaugurate the channel on 14th of March.
Talking about the key persons of the channel, Vivek Chandra has worked with IBN7, ETV Bihar, Dainik Aaj in various capacities. He has recently launched a news portal named 'Kaveri News'. The responsibility of Bulletin Producer has been awarded to Basant Kumar. Gautam Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, Brij Kishor, Sheelnidhi and a team of reporters constitute the Input department. Ravish Kumar and Vyas are looking after PCR. Whereas, MCR is being taken care off by Vijay Kumar. Along with these, Manjul Manjari, Ankita Chandra, Anjali Sagar and Shah Alam have joined as the anchors for the channel.
