Ashish Sehgal to head ZEE as Chief Sales Officer

Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) has appointed Ashish Sehgal as the new Chief Sales Officer of the company. Recently, in Nov 2011, he was promoted to Network Sales Head after Joy Chakraborthy left the network.

Though, Sehgal continues to report to ZEE President Rajesh Jejurikar, he will now take care of all the sales related activities in the domestic market for all the channels of the network, apart from Zee News.

The development is effective immediately. Sehgal continues to report to ZEE President   Rajesh Jejurikar.

Sehgal started his career at Times FM (BCCL) in 1994. After working there for about 18 months, he moved on to join Cinevista, in 1996. He has also worked with STAR GOLD as all India Sales Head which he left in 2006 to join ZEE as branch head (north).
