Nikon very recently has come up with its new blend of simplicity and advanced D-SLR camera after the launch of its many other series. The latest of all series of Nikon can give 12.3 mega-pixel images quality pictures. Coupled with Nikon's EXPEED image processing and NIKKOR optics, it offers breathtaking picture quality.

But the major limitation of Nikon D5000 is that using it as a video camera is limited to 5 minutes in length or a maximum file size of 2GB and the auto focus facility is not available.
