Taking the festival one-step ahead, this year DAM has further integrated into the digital movement. DAM is a film festival with a twist and will include various facets of the digital medium from digital music, digital photography and digital art. Aspects of art, music and photography are closely associated with the art of digital filmmaking and this will add to the completeness in terms of an event on the digital medium.

Entries for the competitive digital films, photography and art categories will start from December 15th till the 20th of January. Participants can also pre- register on the website from the 8th of December by sending in their information to register@thedamfest.com or to shagufta.ahmed@simc.edu.

The Digit All Movement (DAM) will provide a platform for filmmakers and artists who want to experiment with alternative forms of filmmaking. It celebrates films that represent a new thought process in the world of digital media. The festival will also provide an opportunity for digital filmmakers to meet with their counterparts from elsewhere, hopefully leading on to professional collaborations in digital film and art.
