Nikhil Alva is Chairman, Alva Brothers Entertainment and brings to REAL an in-depth understanding of Indian audiences through his rich experience in the entertainment business.

He founded Miditech in the year 1991, India’s second largest Independent Production company which has created world class programming for leading broadcasters in the region across genres and languages.

With phenomenal expertise of over 17 years in the media industry, Nikhil has conceptualized and produced a variety of content ranging from award winning documentaries to international format game shows. He has earned a reputation for producing

international quality programs for broadcasters across genres like MTV, National Geographic Channels International (NGCI), BBC, the Star Network, SET, Doordarshan, The Disney Channel, Turner, etc. Under his leadership, Miditech has won many national and international awards like the “Green Oscar” or the “Panda”, Asian Television Awards, Indian Telly, Indian Academy, The Silver Tree, The Pinnacle, etc.

A Mathematics graduate from St. Stephen’s College in New Delhi, Nikhil enjoys running, trekking, adventure sports and pistol shooting. He is also a trained classical pianist.
