After a nine year stint with GroupM, Madan Sanglikar, principal partner- Invention at Mindshare India, has decided to leave the agency.

Sanglikar has spent about nine years with Mindshare/ GroupM. He had been leading the digital team for Mindshare since July 2007. Sanglikar had joined Mindshare in December 2002. 

Commenting on his move, Sanglikar said that, it was good to see the business and team size grow to the current level and he was leaving behind an enviable team which is best in class. 

Prior to Mindshare, Sanglikar has worked with Starcom Worldwide, Starcom Digital. Mediaturf, Sify Corp, and The Times Group.
