Snell, leading innovator in digital media technology, has announced Dave Payette as the new Global Sales Director to lead Snell's worldwide sales effort. 
Paylett will spearhead strategic initiatives through direct and indirect channels, round the globe, in support of Snell's continued growth and geographic expansion and will report to Simon Derry, Snell CEO
He will be based in Reading and will oversee operations in U.K., France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Lebanon, India, Hong Kong, China and U.S., which deliver technology solutions and services to broadcast and media customers in over 100 countries
Simon Derry said, "Dave has a strong track record of international sales and channel management. His considerable experience and success in establishing and implementing cohesive enterprise-wide growth strategies will be invaluable as we continue to expand our sales and customer support operations across international markets." 
Prior to joining Snell, Payette was the Managing Director and Head of Sales at NEC U.K. and helped the organization to become a leading technology provider for the U.K.'s digital switchover (DSO). He also enabled Arqiva and the BBC to launch the world's first DVB-T2 digital broadcast service during this tenure.
Payette’s academic armory includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in Japanese Studies.

The catchy, haunting, piano-plinking score won the Best Original Score Oscar (the film's sole award) for Francis Lai from its seven Academy Awards nominations: Best Picture, Best Actor (Ryan O'Neal), Best Supporting Actor (John Marley), Best Actress (Ali MacGraw)....
