Gary Ginsberg the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs at the media conglomerate News Corporation will be leaving the firm by the end of the year, announced the Company.

Joining News Corp back in January 1999 as Executive Vice President for Corporate Communications, Ginsberg continued his association with the group for over eleven years. With the passage of time he expanded his portfolio of responsibilities to include investor relations, corporate social responsibility, and global marketing. Ginsberg was chosen to be part of Company’s Executive Management Committee in 2000 and in 2007 was named to the seven members Office of the Chairman.

After Ginsberg’s departure, Teri Everett, News Corporation’s Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications will be elevated to the position of Head of Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility. Also, Reed Nolte, Senior Vice President for Investor Relations will assume the top position in investor relations. Ginsberg will remain as a consultant to the media mogul Rupert Murdoch.
